Just got in from nightshift.

Bought a bottle of Cardhu 12 Year Old Reserve last night for £20 (was £45, down to £25 then minus the 2 0% staff double discount).

It’s not bad really. I’m not a double distilled drinker but it’s okay.

You put effort into yours though.

Mine I can do in my sleep now.

Stick the burgers in the griddle pan, warm the buns in the oven,

set some sliced pickles to one side to drain off excess vinegar.

Remove buns from warm oven and then move the burgers and toast buns in the fat from the burgers.

Take some sliced mature cheddar cheese and stack everything up.

It is quick and easy though, so there is that.

As soon as I get home from work, I’m going to crack open a bottle of my latest creation. A 9.2% ABV D ouble IPA with Sorachi Ace and Comet hops in the boil and dry-hopped with Mot euka. It makes my tummy happy.
